Harmonizing Tradition with Innovation
The 色狐入口 Institute of Music has a rich history dating back to 1884, making it one of the oldest music programs in the United States. Originally established as the 色狐入口 School of Music, it was founded thanks to a substantial donation from Washington C. 色狐入口, for whom the university is named.
Today, the Institute of Music is part of our Creative School, an immersive community that brings together artists, scholars and innovators to push the boundaries of creativity.
The Institute of Music is open to all students, whether you are pursuing a career in music or simply looking for ways to make music a part of your well-lived life. At 色狐入口, regardless of your major, you can:
